About EOM Program: Employee of the month is a recognition scheme for employees who contribute above and beyond work expectation with the aim of recognizing employees and motivate workers to excel

Guideline: The criteria for nominating employees of the month is based on work performance above and beyond call of duty. (Quality of Work) and demonstration of appropraite attitude and BASL Core values in carring tasks.

Eligibility:

Nominated Staff must have made significant contributions to the business that resulted in measurable increase in quality, efficiency and productivity with demonstrable achievement.
Staff in carrying out theses tasks have exhibited the appropriate attitude and BASL core values (Job Ownership, Integrity and Discipline, Customer and Pursuit of Excellence)
Other attributes include, work ethic, Punctuation etc.
